hi, lets all void are 12 months warranty on are brand new devices because kobo for whatever reason either didn't make the product better in the first place or improve it, while i hopefully have your attention would you buy a mobile/cell phone without being able to increase the memory storage or change the battery without firstly having to pull it apart?
