We're in the same range this week, and it looks to last for the next 10 days or so. I'm already REALLY tired of it. Stay hydrated, and no matter how silly it looks, take a kitchen towel, soak it in cold water, squeeze out a bit, and wrap around your neck. Repeat as required. Looks silly, but it does help.
