I am confused. The first post says that you bought Moon+ but didn't install it. The second says that you did download it. Is the second an update on the first?
As you said you purchased Moon+ Pro, if you go to the play store page for it do you see an Install button? Or an Uninstall + Open button? If you have already installed it you should see what is in the attached screen capture. If you see an Install button then you should press it to install the app.
