I am one of the "they" - and we had a good reason for it (see the FGA thread).

Stop doing anything at all (other than keep on a wall charger) to your PW-1 and get things sorted out with Amazon Customer Service.

You have them by the short hairs now - just leave it alone, don't screw it up further.
