Thanks for the tip on Pocket. I didn't really understand this feature before. Signed up for it and it works really well. I use Feedly already and sending single articles is a snap. But am going to check out Inoreader since it sounds like it has better Pocket integration.
I did also install Kobo Start Menu and KOReader. I haven't had too much time to play with it but I am glad this thing is hackable. There doesn't seem to be a totally seamless WiFi hack for just connecting to my PC as a library service of some kind, though there are lots of docs for connecting with unix command line tools. Lots to play with
