When I had my Onyx T68, I was getting about a week on a battery charge, with several hours use each day, compared to the 2-3 days I get from my Nexus 7 with a similar usage pattern. An eInk Android tablet will have a better battery life than an LCD tablet, but nowhere near as good as a dedicated eInk reader.
