It looks like the comments in the cloud are there for all the ones I randomly used as a benchmark.

But after reading Terisa de morgan's comment (83) I found a book that is on my device that shows comments in CC but the same book in the CC cloud does not show the comment. I opened calibre and verified that the book in question does have a comment.
