Where are you not seeing the comments? In CC Cloud or in CC itself? If in CC Cloud then did you try it with V4.0.0h? If so, could you send me your metadata.db and the name of the book so I can find out what is special about that book? If in CC itself then that means that the book didn't receive its comments when you originally downloaded it. Either download it again or connect as a wireless device.
