I didn't get the original email, but did get one saying there was one more day to use four credits to get a $10 coupon. Which I duly did before the deadline, but have not received the coupon, which was due to drop by the end of the day yesterday.
So, another call to Audible that I'll have to make. I'm glad their customer service is so responsive, I just wish it weren't necessary for them to be responsive so often.
