Not to mention that the "DRM from Adobe is Water Closet only" part is false too. Apps that read ADE encrypted epubs are available for Mac, Android and iOS as well.

I'm guessing @aardbewoner meant Amazon has no native Linux reading app (Cloud Reader aside), nor are there any native Linux apps for reading epubs with Adobe's encryption. Which is true. But hell... I love my Linux machines, too, but I've never once wanted read a book on on one of 'em.
