Force epub to sans-serif?

I like to read sans-serif fonts for all my reading and most of the time the Viewer can display the book in sans-serif but some epubs don't seem to comply to the Viewer's settings. Some other epub viewers are able to display the book in my selected font just fine. Is there some way to force the Calibre Viewer to display sans-serif?
