Wow, a whole flurry of Nesbits. I have to admit I have never read anything by her, but she's long been on my list. I even bought the Delphi Classics edition but haven't opened it so far. Seems it's becoming obsolete.

I'll get back to you concerning AE, but I got sidetracked by a wonderfully illustrated German edition of Grimm's Fairy Tales, of which high-quality scans are available; dipping into those made me realize how much better I have to do on the illustrations to the Celtic Fairy Tales, for which the scan quality is less than wonderful, so it meant starting from scratch for those... It is a rabbit hole...
