ArchLinuxARM mostly uses the same sources as the main Arch repos, so you just need to pull from ABS.

Then, when prompted to edit the PKGBUILD via your favorite editor, delete or comment out lines 35-38.
While you are at it, you can also remove "python2-{six,cherrypy,html5lib,chardet}" from the depends array.
