Requiem 3.3.6, iTunes 10.5.3 and Still Can't Get It To Work

I just ordered a Kobo as I was reading all my ebooks on my iPhone and decided to treat myself. I recently started purchasing ebooks from Kobo, since it was very easy to strip the DRM and read it on my iPad. Sadly, I didn't know this earlier and had purchased all my ebooks from iBooks.

I downloaded Requiem 3.3.6 and iTunes 10.5.3 and I keep getting various errors (they vary from book to book) and they are either: can't find version 301, extraction subprocess failed 1, and key not found. Can you read this book.

I know this is my mistake. I've purchased a lot of ebooks from iBooks and haven't read many of them. Unless I spend $500+, I'm stuck to reading these ebooks on my iPhone.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out. I've spent the past 3 hours reading various sites and tried everything they suggested, and nothing has worked.

And help would be much appreciated.
