Where can I buy ebooks that can be viewed on any device ? which device can view ebooks from any source ?

An eink reader that lets you buy from any source would be open android based.
There's several readily available from Onyx and Boyue. The Boyue T62+ and (upcoming) shine should cover that.
DRM free ebooks there are tons listed in other posts 'round this site. Including mobileread's own library. Most would also be free public domain or creative commons.
Now, if what you want is DRM-free *commercial* ebooks, you want to look at O'Reilly media for technical stuff, BAEN & Tor for SF&F and lots of indies for romance, SF&F, suspense, & historical fiction.
The other approach to DRM-free ebooks is to become acquainted with Apprentice Alf and his tools to turn commercial DRM'ed ebooks into personal DRM-free ebooks.
It really depends on what type of books you want. If traditionally published bestsellers or litfic is what you read, Alf is the only way.
