I do not own an e-reader yet. Most of my readings are professional-technical stuff.
I have a tablet pc, but I find it uncomfortable for long reads.

I do not want to be tied to a single content provider (for example amazon). I want to be able to buy my ebooks from various sources and read them on my ebook.

Where can I buy ebooks that can be viewed on any device ? which device can view ebooks from any source ?
