No.
They have a BOGO coupon that's good today in their store. You can also accumulate points in their store towards free books (& by emailing receipts from select other stores). Since they've made their books non-couponable (in the US) and have stopped allowing their books to count in OmniLit/AllRomances buy 10 get 1 free program and since the books are now Agency priced buying direct from the publisher ends up being a better deal (since they aren't restricting themselves when it comes to coupons or rewards programs).
Wanting Kobo to have an on site wishlist, pretty standard for most large web stores, is a separate thing.
