Love the Glo HD so far but not having luck with them. I've had two Glo HDs each with a different issue. My first one was flawless is every way it worked perfectly but there were these a few of these bright little specks near the bottom of the screen. When the comfortlight is turned on you can really see them almost like faulty pixels. So I exchanged it no problem. My second unit has made me regret exchanging the first one. It looks fantastic after a page refresh but once I flip a page or two the text becomes really really faded almost unreadable. So I had to change the page refreshes to every other page. That eliminates the problem but the battery life is noticeably shorter. And based on reading all the comments it is something I should not be experiencing. Honestly debating whether I should exchange for an H20. However I love the size of the Glo HD. It's so compact and great for travel. On the other hand the extra screen size of the H20 might end up being really nice to read on plus the waterproofing is a nice feature. From what I've heard it has a more premium feel also. I don't know it's still a debate for me.
