The review breakout is interesting.
First, the sheer number: well over 18,000.
(For comparison, FIRE TV has 30k and Fire TV stick 44K generated over a full year and six months respectively. Total sales of ~4.5M.)

Either they got a lot of people worked up enough to write reviews or they really got a lot of invitation requests. (And sales.) Probably both.

Second, the spread.
97% think it is good or better, 90% think it is very good or better.

I suspect invitations weren't sent "first come, first served" but probably based on the purchase history. Gadget fans preferred.

Those ratios will not hold now that it is in full release but... 18,000 is a lot of reviews. That 4.5 star ratio is going to hold up for awhile.

There is some clever marketing at Lab126...
