If you want the update, you might have to install it manually. Or do a factory reset. If there is a problem, this might fix it.

Hello, thanks for your comment, I just bought it so I have tons of free space so I dont think that is a problem. I changed the affiliate.conf to Kobo and I tried kobo KoboIndigo,koboindigo but everyone is saying .kobo folder. I could not find it. I have Kobo desktop edition folder and the affiliate folder is in it. I tried to look at hidden folders but .kobo folder didnt show up. Is Kobo desktop edition folder is same as .kobo folder? I tried manually updating it too. I ınstalled software 3.11 and I unzipped in Kobo desktop edition folder. then I sync the device and ejected it. The update did not start. I have no idea what else can I do
