I don't get that problem with my configuration. It's probably being caused by something in your personal.ini--something to do with include_in_*, I expect.

The system should prevent such problems, but I'll need to see your personal.ini settings (for [defaults], [archiveofourown.org] and [overrides]--leave out user/pass) to figure it out exactly.
