I'm pretty sure the Aura HD uses infrared beams so there's a very slight gap between the bezel and the screen for the beams to operate. Try blowing canned air around under the bezel where it meets the screen, or gently use a soft-bristled brush to clean under there. It could be a piece of dust or small particle of something that got stuck under the bezel in that tiny gap.
