I'm not sure I understood, or even myself well explained.

I take the start :
- I converted my books with Calibre. I use the Save option to save Calibre my books on my hard drive.
- The backup directory is always the same and recognized by Calibre.
- In this directory, ebooks are consistently named as I want: in a folder by author and named "author - title.epub"
- That's when I copy them to my reading light.
I then do a sync library reading light so that new books are recognized.
- And it is only then that some books are seen by the library as "author - title" and not just "title" in the author's folder.
