The rules state "Only receipts dated as of the date of enrollment or after are eligible for the MyRewards program." so I emailed to ask if purchasdes from Kobo, Google Play, etc would be eligible if before today, but after one joined.

I've had problems with the program for the past few weeks.
1. I bought 2 Avon books from the Harlequin site on Wednesday and didn't receive any points. I sent an email and I'm still waiting to hear back.
2. I complained about the fact that they aren't consistently updating the harlequin.com site with PUBLISHER sales and was told that they don't match retailers because there's a built in discount. I responded that, "no, this is agency pricing now and these are publisher sales prices and even harpercollins.com is showing the discounts". I received no response.
3. When I complained about them not matching Avon pricing I was told I could submit the receipts from Amazon to receive points. I responded that I have tried submitting Avon receipts in the past and had them rejected. No response. I went ahead and submitted a recent purchase anyhow and after an initial rejection it looked like maybe it was going to be accepted. I received an email that stated that since I had already earned 10,000 points that day (WHAT?

) I'd have to submit it again the next day. When I sent a response essentially asking what were they talking about? I promptly got another response - oops the book isn't approved.
The way this has been going lately, the only way I'll be wracking up any more free book credits is by earning them with their weekly activities.
