Depends how large your hands are, and how large the reader is. I can comfortably hold my Voyage in one hand, with my thumb on the bezel. A slight increase in pressure on the haptic sensor, and the page turns. I don't have to move anything, and there are no inadvertent page turns. I'm left-handed, so I hold it in my right hand, but there are sensors on both sides, so it would work equally well for right-handed people holding it in their left hand.
