Both logs you attached seem to have the same content. In both of them, what I think is the freeze starts at 08:49:05 and ends at 08:49:35.

Here is another .csv. The precise time is 14:34:31, and clock restarted at 14:35:41. No Avira, no Zonealarm, just a clock and Calibre
It looks like Calibre was searching in the updates. Why, for my sake !!!!
Anyway, rebooted, tried 'cleaner' again, which found nothing to clean, did another Registry clean, updated to 2.31...
And well, still the same 65 seconds dead (the cursor is round for 10 seconds, then the arrow is back and can move, but nothing works.
It looks like Win started a 'cabbuilding' process in the while, but that has nothing to do with the problem
Catroot is now 3900 files.
