How many files are in the folder C:\Windows\System32\catroot\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE}?

One thing I noticed: I had to run the tool several times before it cleaned everything up. My guess is that it looks "1 deep" to determine whether an update is still required, so deleting an update can allow a second pass to delete more.

Have you tried the registry cleaner?
