I always read one handed, I worried about the lack of buttons but have found no problems using touchscreen readers with one hand - Just a tap or a minute swipe of the thumb and the page changes (Sony 650 at work, Kobo HD at home, Kobo Mini or Pyrus while out and about).

My main problem with touchscreens now is switching from my laptop with a touchscreen to my laptop without, poking harder does not work
