I can confirm that for me they show up in both the iOS and Android app (just not on the website). I was able to download the missing titles to an Android device and copy them to my computer (they're MP3's).

Download them using the app and the files are stored Internal Storage/Android/data/com.audiobooks.androidapp (that's the path on my LG Volt anyway). Then I just copied the files from there to my desktop.

Note that every time I download something with the app I have to restart the device before I can see the files in Explorer for some reason.
