Not only is the $10 on my account, my code was upped from 10% to 30%.

guess i should have complained on fb....but i detest doing that sort of thing (anything that associates business with my private life. ..which is all i use fb for)
all i got for my complaint was a 30% code, which I'm happy to donate

it's rather pathetic that even people with the same issue get such different treatment.
oh well my hope for a 10$ credit was in vain
