If you're talking about
www.ereolenglobal.dk it would seem to be another Overdrive based setup. They talk about applications for IOS, Android and Windows, and needing ADE.
If this is the case, it should be as simple as plugging your Kobo into your PC, ensuring that it is authorized within ADE and then transferring the downloaded material to your Kobo.
I will admit though I don't seen any mention of ADE at
