Just heard back from their CS and he indicates that they were removed from the site at publisher request. I replied for clarification if it was their policy that when something is removed from sale they are also removed from a customer's library in essence stealing it back. No other audio or ebook seller I know of does this. They will remove something from sale of course, but not also from libraries that already "own" it.
