OK I understand it is the light diffuser that Amazon improved, but if its nothing to do with the capacitive touch screen, can you explain why Kobo can get the light working so well on their other readers but haven't been able to do so on the only one with the capacitive touch screen?
What Ripplinger posted "not either layer on its own but how the 2 are combined in the manufacturing process" being the issue still makes sense to me?
