Any idea on how to fix my device?
My almost 3 years old device suddenly stopped working today. The screen is still showing a page from a PDF file but the screen completely froze.

I tried both turning off and hard reset but all to no avail. The image on the screen remained unchanged.

When I hold the slider the LED lit up for awhile, and that's all.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
