Obviously what we really want is the
Wireless USB protocol.
In the absence of that, sshfs will work, and just connect as a folder. calibre will not be able to send the cover thumbnails (assuming your books do NOT show up as Personal documents, you want those thumbnails
) and you cannot send pseudo-pagenumbers. But otherwise it should work just fine.
