Really? Was this while you were serving? Did they know, or did you hide it?

It's a handmaiden of my PTSD which is a result of service.

One really quirky help I've found is snorting freshly ground black pepper to the point of making myself sneeze. I can't remember how I discovered this, but it does work. At least for me
