I doubt they would ever fulfill this request, because the "Nothing else" part makes it unreasonable. Other customers value some of the other features, so why not let them have them and you just ignore them?
Or, if you cannot ignore the "unnecessary" applications, you can delete them from the /applications directory. They are all just simple shell scripts launching the real applications in /ebrmain/bin/ (which you cannot delete).
