Only the installers are 'guarding' against each other (because trying to install both JB in parallel is a sure way to shoot yourself in the foot), you should be able to uninstall without trouble

FWIW, in case that prompts people to go down memory lane and check out yifan's post, since the introduction of KindleTool in the mix, most of yifan's comments are outdated, and the latest version of this JB should ensure the best of both worlds (no more whitelisting needed, smart & automatic without having to hook into framework scripts and unpacking packages twice).
