Conversion to Python is going slower than I hoped. The problem is not the Python language but getting aquainted with all the add-on libraries that are used with Calibre.

On that basis here is an improved version of my original calibre2web VBScript based solution. Any feedback on whether it is useful or not would be welcomed.
