Edit to add: Apparently, although you can read online, you can't download an EPUB or PDF for the book from Google (despite being offered the links to do so in your library). With both ACSM files, I get network error messages (tried on more than one computer). I don't believe I've seen the same error message before on any ebook from Adobe.

Will likely be free at Amazon tomorrow.
