good points. I do use an incremental mirror style backup, via FFS, into google drive. I did inspect various author folders for calibre ID integrity the last time we had this discussion and all was good. But I only have GD on this one PC and its basically a backup of a backup- the logic being
it's 15gb of free cloud space why not use it.
