tobeabletopost - FWIW - I use a Windows gadget, Click.to, its not free, IIRC there's a time limited trial.
It pops-up an icon bar when something is copied to clipboard. User configures which icons appear in the pop-up bar, and user can add web sites and local applications.
It can be used wherever there is selectable/copyable text.
