We all had these books when kids, but all have disappeared over the years with moves and passing them along to young mother and fathers.

If I can find a copy of those mentioned by VR I'll try to get them converted and uploaded, but I'm new at converting and not sure I'm yet willing to give it a try. I challenge all other Canucks to do the same.
