If the Reset Hole has no purpose, why is on the device, and explained in the Users Guide? This is a BIG flaw in the Kobo brand case. The main suggestions are to drill my own access hole -- really!!!?
Perhaps some of the undocumented uses of the Power ON/OFF switch may work, but my experience (Glo) is that sometimes you just need to press the Reset with a paper clip.
You seem to have some line to access the Kobo folks - what were they thinking?!
I am livid as I passed up on less expensive options to buy this case, options that were correctly designed.
