My brand new Glo HD has hung. Unresponsive. I have tried all the above suggestions to re-set/reboot etc but no success. Is there any other way? What can I do if I manage to open the back cover? Help!
I also have a H2O and a Mini. I tried to delete a collection but am unable to do so. I do a long press and various options pop up. I choose delete but nothing happens. Any suggestions?
Btw, despite my problems, the Kobos have been brilliant and I am happy with them.
