I should mention that my wife did have to exchange them recently because of a failure, but they were extremely nice and responsive about the exchange, and they say they have updated and improved the Bluetooth/battery module since I originally bought it.
You might want to call them to confirm they would give you a hassle free return option if you don't like them, and then I'd be comfortable suggesting you give them a try.
