Sleep -- yes, I have a long-standing addiction to the stuff. Have tried to kick the habit, but it is a very strong addiction. I like staying awake for lots of hours - reading, etc -- but then getting the amount of sleep required by my addiction tends to put 26 or 28 hours into each day. This yields a body schedule not in-synch with the sun or the rest of the world. Annoyingly, this creates problems. So I struggle. Sigh.
Deb: I always get up at 6:30 am (although I often have to correct the clock when it shows things like 10:45 am), always start work at 8:45 am (again sadly, I must often change the clock as it seldom keeps the proper time.) I quit work exactly at 5:05 pm (even when the clock claims it to be 1:00 pm) dinner is promptly at 6:00 pm and its lights out at 9:30 pm even if that is several hours after David Letterman's "Top Ten List."
