I've uploaded a bug report with copies of the files and log. Thanks.

The new conversion tool really is wonderful; it will allow my workflow for the first time to go from ePub to DOCX to InDesign instead of the other way around — since a lot of the print books I publish start as ebooks first, it's nice to have that as an option. (Also, distribution to Smashwords is now much easier.)
