I'm being offered only the pdf of the
Table of Contents for the book when I go to Agate's website. Maybe the offer of a free pdf of the whole book has ended. Probably it's not going to matter to anyone, with all of the other format options available; I don't know anyone who actually
prefers the pdf.
At any rate, I had picked it up at Amazon some time back, when it was free then. I've also just now grabbed it at B&N, thanks to your last post, so I'll have it in a different format also.
