There have been no changes to keyboard handling in 2.30.

IIRC, Home and End have always gone to the start and end of the current line and Ctrl+Home/End to the start and end of the book list. If not always, then certainly for a very long time.

As for Shift+Ctrl+Home/End I dont know if they ever worked.
